Before your business is even showing up in the 3-Pack at the top of page one of Google, you should be working to build up as many 5-star reviews on your Google My Business page as you can.
These raving reviews are a great way to show potential customers that you have excellent customer service and that you can be trusted with their business. This is especially true with industries that are involved in such large financial transactions as buying and selling properties.

Hello, (name)! We would like to sincerely apologize for your negative experience. A member of our team will be reaching out to you shortly to make things right! We look forward to speaking with you and to working hard to earn back your business.
Hi, (name)! We are very sorry to hear about the negative experience you have had. We pride ourselves on offering the best possible service to our customers and we would like the opportunity to make things right! If you could please give us a call at (phone number) at your earliest convenience, we would greatly appreciate it. Thank you and have a great day!
