I wanted to give you some advanced value here on how to grow your business using digital advertising, specific to professional services.
As you know, Connection Incorporated, our company, builds these services every day and we get to see exactly what works when it comes to mortgage marketing and growing your business online.
There are really three ways to grow your business online.
The first is marketing to your past customer database.
The second is getting more referral partners (ex: realtors and financial planners).
The third way that you can really grow the business is by direct advertising and actually running ads to bring in your local customers.
Yesterday I posted a video with Frank Kern and we went through the framework for actually creating an online marketing campaign that will generate quality closed deals for you.
It’s a pretty simple formula!
Find the people that want what you provide (ex: people that are going to get a mortgage), show them the value of the services you provide and then give them an offer to actually help them.
That’s really what we do for our clients when we are helping them set up their mortgage marketing.
The National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB) reached out and asked me to put together a 90-minute keynote presentation.
I haven’t been doing a whole lot of public speaking or traveling lately because of the kiddos. You know, they ’re young and I don’t want to not be at home with them.
But when this opportunity came up I thought that this is a pretty good chance for me to get out there and get more people into our world, indoctrinated that Facebook and Instagram and YouTube and Google are really the new pathways to go get your customer.
We’re going to be talking about some of the automation technology that we’ve been developing in the background as far as the Chat Bots and all those wonderful things.
